An idea that has been floating around in my head, not fully formed is where both a sponsor and a sponsee might conduct a workshop by talking about what the sponsor/sponsee means to both of them.
They might talk about the approach made at the beginning that led to the relationship.
And then they could perhaps talk about what's involved and what happens etc.
In particular they might talk about the process of the steps, the materials they use, with a particular focus on the 4th step and the rest.
Just an idea!
